well hey i just remembered what the other guy said and he sounded pretty dam confident ,and also knew how 2 fix it so. I just searched and found the thread

Right Click Sapien-->Compatible Mode Set to Windows ME/98
or TaskManager...Sapien.exe SetAffinity to one core.
