I've got H3 weapon models (provided by shockwave on halomaps), with animations and skins for the models. Very awesome halo 3 stuff. But, I cannot compile to save my life..

Its always the same issue. I can compile maps and bitmaps fine, but stuff out of 3DS max I can't for some reason. Everything is setup right.

Like for example, the halo 3 assault rifle. I took Fire rains awesome animations for it and fixed the melee issue (I think, gotta test it), but I can't compile it! Their in the data/h3_AR/fp/models and /animations folder. Everything is entered in tool correctly. Everything in 3DS max (bones, nodes, etc) are correct too.

"tool models h3_AR/fp/models"

And I get no tool output from it. What am I missing? Thats all I have is the .JMS in the models file and about 11 .JMO's in the animations folder. Do I need to make a tag or something? I'm not really sure, but I think I'm doing everything right. I can't make the .GBX model for the weapons or the .model_animations file for them either if I cannot export this stuff... and I've put a lot of work into it, and checked it over and over again, but I think I'm missing something.

Advice, suggestions, instructions are greatly appreciated.

For the animation it should be in "data\h3_ar\fp\animations" and in tool type in "tool animations h3_ar\fp" and for the model it should be in "data\h3_ar\fp\models" and tool command should be "tool model h3_ar\fp"
