Every time I start a game no-one seems to be able to join, in the section where it shows your ip address and port, it says "192.168.2.1:2302" which i can remember is the ip of my router. I've read the FAQ and unblocked the ports of my router but it still does not work. Help will be appreciated

This happens to me. I'm no sure whether Ive done the port thing or not, (but Ive did it on other games and it didn't work).

I think i've configured the Ports thing properely. And its not really possible that i could have a really high ping.
My comp is top notch:
Intel Core 2 Quad q6600
2gb ram
Raedon X1550 512mb
blah blah
And i've got a 8mb connection from orange. Speedtest confirms that i get 6352kb per second, which is good right?

Ill try to put myself in the DMZ for a moment to see if things are better

I tried that DMZ thing, but I think it only works on certain games like Half-Life..

Most of the time you have to open up all the static ports and all that stuff...

Port 80 is TCP, and the others are UDP.

Looks like it. Remember to add the ports to your firewall too. This small guide explains how.
