Offtopic: I've heard of portalling so much but I don't really know what it is. Judging your post I would assume its something where in the game, say extinction, when you are in hangar, everything outside is blurry and not rendered, but when you come close to the exit, it loads up and you can see everything clearly. Is that an accurate explanation or could you enlighten me?

I think you can still see outside, but it isn't rendered, which makes no sense whatsoever.
@Bobby. Those are some brilliant references. Any idea which one is gonna be in E2?

Do you know what he used to play this kind of game, it looks amazing how he played it in the pictures, doesent look like any Halo Ce or PC or ANYTHING ive seen.

HEVs arnt droped from pelicans, weapons canisters are droped from pelis, and HEVs are droped from the ship

Oh. Heh, forgot about that.
Couldn't you cram an ODST into a weapon canister, though?


maybe if you took out all the padding and striped the ODST to his underwear then he might fit in there but he will have no air on the way down, and even with the all the padding the imapct would be to hard for a human, also the drop pods only ment to go maybe 50 feet, not ... lots of feet

How different are the interiors of IAC from the POA? Maybe a similar difference could be applied to the covie frigate, relative to the T&R

I think just using poa interiors like in a10 would be best. You never really see interiors of the frigates.

In the Halo 2 cutscenes, and the final cutscene of Halo 3 on Legendary, the frigates look virtually the same as the POA inside. I think the walls are slightly darker though, and it's a bit more cramped.

if u read the books about halo it tells u pretty much all of the inside of the ship is basically the same olive green and white floor color

If the ship crashed then using d40 would better with the damaged interior, d40 also has a hog garage, and hanger
but if the ship is hovering of the surface then a10 you be better

yes but the weapons pods are desighned to drop metal guns and are not properly desighned to sustain and protect a human from a low jump it might work like say 5 stories max if u could put some kind of weight at the bottom so it lands right also the pads would have to remain there and be reinforced so it would have to be made bigger i rest my case lolz

to bad its more likely to get killed on impact than not dieing after being surrounded by a army of heavy/vehicle hoggers while you have flag coming though bloodgulch teleporter


life pod is a vehicle. you dont get hit from fall damage. as for being camped, make the life pod fall on a place that is hard to snipe on.

life pods can respawn.

you can make the life pod so that it cant be damaged till it hit the ground. also, if making a very big life pods crash place.. maybe they fall near some vehicles or a teleport... and you could anyway make few spawn points at poa.
