Now, current vehicle types:

Covenant gun tower.
Wraith tank.
Scorpion tank.
Scarab tank.
Gauss warthog.
Stingray.

Brute ghost.
Spectre.
Seraph.
Coldsnap\extinction pelicans.

Pending vehicles:
Fuel rod ghost.
Kraken fighter.
Missile hog.
Rocket hog.

Only 1 warthog, thats balanced... Put back the missile hog, its the only good defense against air vehicles.

Since we're not using a capitol ship, how would the gun tower get there? And the scarab, for that matter. The scarab's physics don't work too well in CE, anyways. The maspoints can't animated, so the leg's physics are bleh. there aint no way you should even think about putting that in there! it looks like homcidal wally (Wall-E) with guns! And also, please make it so we can pick up hogs and jets if u put those in.

1- scrapping the scarab=good idea
2- fixed missile hog=good idea if the gunner is driver
3- pick up vehicle script=bad idea...causes lag and exceptions if you are a passenger in the peli
4- running covie turret=good idea... i was wondering when someone was going to put Joseph's idea to use... it would even the odds... just needs to have sloweranimations

But it's buggy...

I love the walking turrent, though maybe the projectiles need homing? Otherwise, it's not that much use against aircraft. It seems slower than a warthog, so it'll be more or less useless.

But I still love it =)

gun towers with higher camera have problems vs ground vehicles. same with lower camera, but vs aircraft. if you put behind it screws up your aim. if you put from infront it would be great for aiming, but smaller area view. infront view is for tall gun turrets, small gun turrets needs high camera like other ground vehicles, lower camera on aircraft are better in air vs ground battles, while higher camera is better for air vs air battle. but infront camera isnt good for less armored air craft. infront camera dosent work too becuse it makes the view jumpy. back camera alwayz screw up the aim.

1-if the scarab is staying can you please adjust it so it can't walk while fireing?[cause when its walking and fireing at the same time, one or the other animation{the legs or the 'mouth turret'} fails to show correctly and causes lag + if it can't walk and fire at the same time, less people will noob it because its a sitting target]
2-if the walking turret is going to be added, be sure to give it a wider stance so it doesn't fall over easily, slow its walking animations, and give it different projectile[preferably needles as seen in various other large maps but longer range, more of them, and less damage effect cause I honestly dont like the idea of having to reload while trying to defend myself]

there should be 3 seats in the scarb, one drives and mans the main gun, the other 2 man the plasma cannons on the front and back. and I dont remember if your keeping the mythos or not but maybe you could add some chain guns that people can use while sitting in the mythos

only one gunner position can be used in a vehicle. It's an engine limitation. Open sauce could change that later on down the road, either by allowing more slots, or allowing a client side as well as the server side to get a handle on vehicle objects, so vehicles could be attached together to get moar gunz

why not simply have two seperate vehicles that spawn attached to each other... this would solve the more than one gun issue[if it sounds stupid its probably cause im not feeling too well right now and my mind is on the fritz]
besides... if the laggy pwn-beast stays please remove the legs, place on giant wheels, lower the or remove the power of the main gun[im pretty sure it gives exceptions cause the animations and the damage effects and what not don't match up right]

instead of trying to attach 2 vehicles, just put 2 weapons on one vehicle. the only problem is that one cant control both of the weapons but i still think its possible.

There are always 2 weapons on a vehicle (ex:banshee,scorpion) Its just that there cannot be 2 people controlling individual weapons on the vehicle without some sort of script

i think to make it look more real the scarab should have 3 legs on the ground at one time like a cockroach

i mean two weapon TAGS.

example:

one seat controls the nuke weapon which has tank shells as primary and nuke as secondry and the second seat controls the torpedo weapon has plasma torpedo as primary and spew plasma bolts as secondry.

on some pelicans the co pilot and pilot share the controls but with 2 pilots it some times lags

But you can't have a gunner seat that controls a different weapon to the other gunner seat. Well, I'm pretty sure...

Both operate the gun - keyword: the. The game engine only supports one weapon system per vehicle. Two people controlling one weapon sounds a little annoying, like 2 people flipping thrue the same channels on TV with 2 remotes. I wouldn't be suprised if it lagged, or behaved in an odd manner, because it doesn't make sense
