Basically this thread will be where I put all the updates\beta videos for this map from now on. The entire map will be open sourced and will include all the weapons that are originally in the h3 version of the map.
Latest max render

Spiker render, floyds(used with permission) skin, my model\unwrap

Modified h2 sniper, made to look more h3 like. older render.

This sniper might no be used in the map, but that hasnt been decided yet.
We also have a assault rifle\battle rifle ingame and ready to go, those will be posted when the first beta video is released.

Looks good, In the H3 Sandtrap the big Pillars at the ends are round. Instead of being so sharp of a corner. It would be simple to do with that model now. Just pointing that out.

This. Every sandtrap I've seen has had very sharp edges, please fix them. Terrain needs some work too.

Also, will my towers be getting a custom texture or just the one that's there?

Yea definitly get a new one. Looks like you selected all the faces and added the one texture, "Metal Flat generic" and did a fail job at texturing it on there.

Yhea the unwrap on the ring was temp seeing that the model itself had alot of erros I had to fix first.

Yeah so I've been told. I fixed a lot in the first place but I've been told there were more.

E: Actually I think I've been sending around an older version, because I was able to get it ingame just fine.

No energy sword, yes to grav and I know how to do 3rd person turrets.
