Hey, sorry to post again but I was experimenting with the FAV vehicle from this sight, just type in 'vehicle' in the search bar. It works perfectly in Sapien, appearance wise, but when I run the map, the vehicle does not appear.

After you place it in sapien make sure you have it spawn in "all games" then go into guerilla open the "globals.globals" file using guerilla and scroll down to vehicles. There you will need to remove a vehicle from the list (preferably the covenant turret) and insert the vehicle you are using.

Note: You want to make a copy of your Globals.Globals file and save it somewhere.

If you see this, you must be in an old topic

Also note that there is a maximum of 6 vehicles. You add add more vehicles by scripts

Make sure when you spawn in sapien the properties theres this long checklist. Check all of them that has something to do with a game type.

Meh. Try this method:

Ok. Assuming you haven't tweaked with your globals tag, the globals vehicles should be:

Scorpion
Ghost
Rocket Warthog
Warthog
Shade
Banshee

Open up Sapien, and create a ghost, set it to spawn on all gametypes. Place it in some place the player cannot reach. Name it check_vehicle Then add all your other vehicles, and give them all different names, and place them next to check_vehicle. Make SURE they're in a place the player CANNOT reach, or this will result in several techincal difficulties.

Go to Mission>Game Data> Trigger Volumes in the Sapien Hierachy view

Go to the properties view, and name your trigger volume

Then go to game view, and right click to place the trigger. A small box should appear. You will now notice that it is simply too small to contain all your vehicles. Drag the sides of the box, that should make the box bigger. Make sure ALL your vehicles are placed inside the trigger.

Then, to go to Mission>Game Data>Flags

Place as many Flags as you want vehicles. Place them where you want your vehicles to appear in-game.

Then use Easy Halo Scripter, fill in the name of your trigger, flags, and vehicles.

Save the script as a .hsc file, in levels\mapname\scripts

If there is no scripts folder in the map's folder, you have to create one

Go back to Sapien, click 'File' in the top left hand corner, and 'Compile Scripts'.

Tell me if you get any errors.

Hope that helped!

Thats the lame way. All the vehicles continually respawn if no one is in it.

In globals, replace one of the vehicles in there with your vehicle.

Go into Sapien, and select your vehicles that you placed. Make sure the Flags:
Allowed and Default are all checked, and "unused" is unchecked.

Save and Compile.
