AGP Bust cards work much better.. But,this card looks like hell to me.. I checked newegg, I buy from them, and the revews were bad.

-We purchased this card for dual monitors to work with Sketchup 6 and 7 and similar 3d modeling. It useless and has no open GL support despite what AMD and Powercolor say.
-great for target practice
-This card does not have drivers that work with windows xp. They are only hotfix drivers and do not provide full functionality. Neither newegg or the manufacturer list this. (IDK if you got XP too..)
- This chipset is NOT supported in the AGP format according to ATI , and I now believe them. Even after installing all the latest mobo drivers and ati hotfix driver this card still reboots my box right in the middle of BF2142. This was a mistake I am now paying for in restock and return shipping .... NOT COOL!!!
That right there is a huge no ^^. I'd recommend not getting it..

get the Hd 4870 or 4850. I have the 4850, and can run Crysis on Ultra high with up to 40-50 fps.

You know, I almost bought this card at Best Buy the other day, but only because i had some gift cards. I realized that my mobo is PCI though, so it would have been stupid to buy. It didn't look like a very good card anyways, but I thought it would be an upgrade from my current.

I hear the HD4870 greatly outperforms the 9800, but Idk if that's true.

I have a 3650, but I have the PCI-E version. It does pretty good, can handle most games at full settings, but have problems with anti-aliasing. Other than that, not bad. I got mine with it was about the same price the 4850 is now, I wish I would have saved that for one of those instead D:

Oh, it does, by a lot. For the time being, ATI really has the best bang for the buck.

thanks for answering
anyone who can say the same ?

I have always liked ATI more than Nvidia. The performance is just better in my opinion. I've used a couple Nvidia cards and was never really pleased or impressed but the ATI cards always seem to do fine.

It can max out crysis with framerate to spare.

the games i play are halo Ce , Halo 2 Vista, unreal tournament 3
and the hd 3650 ( AGP 8x) match my budget, so i 'm wondering if my games will run correctly with it. I have an amd 3200+ . (2ghz)
I don't wanna buy a new computer with pci-express until halo3 pc will be out

Because it more than likely will not happen.
