Use Xfire. Or Fraps maybe?

use game cam, you have to pay for it, BUT, the file sizes are way small

Use xfire. It really simple to use. And mostly everyone here has it.

Xfire < Full FRAPS for me. Xfire's quality is bad, and the frames I get aren't too good with sound on, where as FRAPS keeps it steady no matter what, sound or not.

I shot 7 min with Fraps and it came out to 3GB. not good. :/

using xfire is pointless if you care one cent about video quality.
