Well,

Once again I have a problem, every time I go online on Halo PC or Halo CE I get this popup that makes my screen flash and can only be seen for a split second. That's not the problem however, whenever it happens teleport all over the place on my screen but no-one elses, I think it quickly closes and re-opens Halo.
To give you a better idea:

If you know what this means please tell me ASAP. Thankyou in advance.

its a conection eror also called a lag box. What is your internet speed? if its real low the server probly cant handle it and causes you to lag. or the server has real low speed.

My ping is a constant 67 in Australian servers, but I don't know how fast it is........now to find that site again.....

[EDIT]

Not sure if this is it but my wireless adapter tells me 54Mbps, is that it?

thats problay it your speed will slow down when u try to enter american servers since the transfer has to go from Austirila all the way to america or Brititan thats where most servers are. Like if i tried joinag an austirlian server id probablly get that to.I'd sugest just joining close servers. servers from ur country only.

But, the thing is, I don't play on American servers, I only go on American servers to play custom maps-and they don't get played much anyway. I have been getting this when I have been in Australian servers, with the ping of 67. So, is it the server speed or is it mine?

Look on the ping on the right side of the server list before you join the server, normally low ping means closer to you. Also, try to join servers that are dedicated (ones with the dedicated server symbol next to their name on the left side of the server list).

it seems you are losing connection to the server.
Check to make sure all your cables are connected, ports forwarded if needed to, firewall exceptions if needed.

And if it's wireless make sure your drivers are up to date.

Otherwise it might just be a bad host.

Usualy to find out if they're Aussie, they say in the server name. However NZ and such are just as good.

that is the little connection box that tells you that you to leave the laggy server if it presents a problem.
go to video options, change to VSYNC.

VSYNC has nothing to do with a server. It's in "video options" for a reason.

vsync stands for vertical sync. its a video effect to make sure the game doesnt start rendering the next frame before the last one is done rendering to avoid a tearing effect. it has absolutely NOTHING to do with your internet connection.

Do you run XP or vista? because i have vista and like someone said earlier (sorry i forgot your name) try unblocking it with windows firewall. normally on vista if you install halo and connect online for a first or simply play for a first time a windows account control should popup asking you to eithwer unblock or keep blocking. just click unblock. if that doesnt happen then (if you dont already know) click start go to control panel Security Center, click on windows firewall, allow a program through firewall and find the halo icon where ever it is installed if you cannot find in the preset list then click add program then it should be in there, if however it should not be in there for some odd reason then hit browse and click on your halo icon. if that does not work then im afraid im sorry for not being any help. Hope it works and best of luck to you m8
