that always used to happen to me but move chillout and all the maps that came with the game to a place that you will remember. but these ones stay ---------> loc.map, bitmaps.map sounds.map ui.map. then put in the custom maps.

try it. take out blood gulch chillout etc. it works for me. just keep bitmaps, loc, sounds, and ui in the folder and you can play but you have to have 1 regular map so it will start up. so I choose blood gulch because its way popular

Yeah it wil, you don't need the stock maps. I deleted them a long time ago.

Back up your maps , then delete them.
Store them elsewhere.

Glad to hear we will be getting something fresh soon. Seeing as CMT actually takes gameplay into consideration when creating maps, this could be pretty cool.

So for those of you wanting to know what's going on with this, the beta tests were pretty unimpressive, the majority of people, including myself, thought that the maps along with mod content were overall unfun and a boring rehash of what we have done, so the mp maps are being put on hold indefinitely. Many people working on them are not interested in working on this lackluster spur of the moment project, and feel that it is not worth their time and effort completing them.

I mean after you play an eight year old game for so long it tends to get boring no matter what you try to do with it.
Also, out of curiosity, what are you working on now? Continuing SPV2, and if so, what after that?

masterz just release. them how they are there probably fine. and from what I have seen on duce's youtube the a10 rat race looks fine. just if you do release them fix the problem with the biped or just throw in a random one. auguer <--- if thats how you spell it. doesnt look fun from my view because it has no hiding spots. or ledges. so you lost the zombie community on that map more then likely. but the a10 one will be the best :D

Why not make some completely new BSP's? A lot of your mp maps seem to be either remakes of stock maps (dissolution) or edits of some of Arteen's earlier bsp's (snow_grove, fracture)

lol considering the names are very similar in spelling, and meaning i'm not surprised he made that mistake.
