last time the issue wasn't finding something. it was figuring out some error.

i think duce took over the multiplayer management several months ago. I think if there's anything thats going to be worked on by him, multiplayer is the main priority.

SPv2 will never be finished, but there is a chance that we will eventually release what we had. No promises.

Arteen, I seen nothing wrong with releasing what you have. You will label it as an unfinished beta, so people will know that it might not have the sheen of a final release. Everyone is fine with that. It's just a little sad when we are allowed to see the amazing work you have done and then decide that you're not going to release it.

Make it vibrant grass (like Halo 3), not boring grass like Danger Canyon or Infinity. Seriously work on making it actually look like a new level and not just a basic map with Halo 1 textures.

Pretty sure they had a Vestige mod that was like sanctuary, grassy on one side, desert on the other, like an oasis, and I remember there was talk of a Hang em High remake (again) and a Grove_final thats set in the desert.

I never knew grass had to be exciting O.o
Well if you look at Halo 1 grass it's a darker green, really really flat and had no little bits of grass sticking up to make it more interesting.

Halo 3 had little growth of grass and just a lighter grass that made the level look so much better.

finally tried out the maps. One word. Epic. More people should join. But anyway, the shotty seems a little weak, i sot a guy from about five feet away three times, and he didnt die. IDK, may be bad luck. Just imput, use it how you will.

Please stop pretending you know or have anything to do with the projects.

As of now the next map that will be introduced will be Mousetrap. It is ready to be released when ever I feel the need for the next test of the tagset, and right now I don't think we'll be releasing a new build for another week atleast. That could possibly change to a sooner date but I wouldn't bet on it.

The next map after that is Vestigial which is the size of Bloodgulch but is not as open. It will be able to hold all the vehicles in the tagset which should be something new and interesting. The art style I'm keeping as a default halo 1 mp map much like Battle Creek.

We will not be doing another Hang 'm High remake simply because time would be better spent on something more original. There are also serveral other maps close to done but I'll let that wait.

I'd imagine planes with no collision with a horizontal grass texture would do the trick.

Best way to do it is scenery so they can easily have lods and a render radius.

Bungie did it in a30 through detail objects.

effects\detail_objects\grass_field\grass_field.detail_object_collection

Might be worth looking into.
