Here is my first public beta map release of Burial Mounds. This will have default Halo 1 weapons and vehicles.
Pb1:
-Added player spawns
-Added weapon spawns
-Added vehicle spawns
-Made a sky
-Capture the flag
-King of the hill
-Oddball

Because people were asking for my map this build will be unprotected

Pb2:
-Sound for the map
-Scenery
-More player spawns
-Wind

I need to add/fix:
-Shaders
-Floodlights light
-Race
-More player spawns

K I fixed the problem with the map flashing I was trying to make the ground and metal shiny :P . Also I need some help on adding background sound and sound environment because I don't hear it when I open it in halo ce or sapien.

It doesn't give an error I just set up the tags for a sound environment and then in bsp tag I add it under sound environment but when I go in game I hear nothing. Here is a link to the tags I made and the compiled and uncompiled sounds http://www.mediafire.com/?mtzttuvdmzm .

bsp looks pretty decent so far, same with sky. Only suggestion I have is to work on your shaders alot.

I don't know about gameplay, but the map enviroment looks terrific!

like, the theme and colors all match up nicely so that it looks disctincly like a differnt battle ground than other maps.

Wait, is this a halo 2 map converted to haloce?

I always liked Burial Mounds a lot, but none of my friends did, so I never got to play it. Glad to see it's being recreated for CE.

The first one has a glitch with the rocket launcher. If you hold the fire button down, you never run out of ammo. I never tested the second one.

Both of those are really bad tbqh. The first one is missing half the bsp, like all the wreckage and stuff, and the second is just a mod of the first.
Crimson's map look's better than both.

You don't really need the max file or w/e to mod it to snow. Just modify the bitmaps, shaders, and lightmaps

Yeah, just change the shaders of the bsp in guerilla and add the weather system.

i do but if map has water it sucks. well on maps that have water like snow auguer sucks but shadered it nice because no ice waterfall
