I'm looking for a way to remove the flashlight's light, or at least change it so it isn't too noticeable. Also, I want to know how to change the flashlight meter(which I'm pretty sure is possible), and make it infinite, if possible.

Aw, come on, don't tell me you guys are 100% stupid.

Just delete the flashlight widget from the biped tag.

Well it goes like this actually. I made a script rigged to the flashlight. Now we all know what would happen if we were to remove the flashlight widget. Now I just modified it to be invisible, but I'm having problems with the flashlight HUD meter and making it infinite. Because the script includes both the unit's on and off flashlight state(or something), the script will probably continue when the flashlight runs out, since it automatically turns off. And the fact that you have to wait for it to recharge would also cause issues. I could script it so that the flashlight turns off immediately after you turn it on, but I don't know how, and I doubt it's possible.

Any help?

If you delete the flashlight widget, the script attached to the flashlight button SHOULD work. I no longer have a flashlight (sadly), but all my flashlight scripts work.

We can tell that you want a script that gives you camo on the click of you flashlight key,

Just look at both of your topics made in the same day

No, he's looking for a way to make the flashlight not appear when you run flashlight based script commands.

Does that really help?

You want to remove the flashlights light, i think there is some sort of node in the biped model or something where the light is created. Destroy that and no more light. If what the others said is true, it shouldn't cause any problems. Otherwise, you could edit it to not display a visible light.

Reading skills, being required to operate guerilla, fall into the category of basic knowledge, as would analytical logistics processing capabilities (AKA, cognitive thought)

Cool thanks...

One last question. can you make the flashlight beam visible in the air? even when its not shining at you, can you see the path of the flashlight?
