If I'm going to make a map, with some custom stuff in it, I guess I'd edit the weapons to what the CE players like best. No I will not add in assault rifles shooting tank shells.

Heck, you can even mention some weapons that aren't in the Halo universe. I don't do modelling, though. You can also mention changes you want in vehicles and other gameplay measures, e.g. shield vitality, run speed, special features, etc. although the main focus should be on weapons. These include vehicle weapons.

No. The pistol is overpowered, the assault rifle is just a bullet hose, and the weapon set lacks variety.

Just my suggestion,
You could have modern weapons at one base and halo/futeristic weapons at another.
Just a suggestion you can get most of these weapons on this site.

Delicon I agree with all that except the H3 magnum. the reach ones better it has the zoom like the H1 did but it has a slower rate of fire.

I told you guys I don't do modelling(although the Needle Rifle would seem easy, even for me). Now if you guys want something I don't have, I'll be using placeholders or you could give me models and textures.

I'm asking for weapon stats, not what weapons you want in.

E : i have an idea, can you make the oddball as a grenade? with flaming effects... kinda like a plasma grenade, except a skull is stuck on ur enemy

I have an MA5B with the same stats as normal but has high accuracy and can do headshots. Only for my speedrun mod though, otherwise it can't headshot.

-AR with 32 clip and moderate accuracy (meaning close to medium range). The assault rifle is generally the most balanced weapon, so base off play tests like that.

-Shotgun with a bit faster firing rate, but only needs to be close range (meaning medium range is out entirely).

-An Aiming Weapon should either be like the Battle Rifle or like the DMR (to put modern terms into use). The best thing to remember is to make it more of an aiming weapon and not one that you can whip out and kill everything by autoaim. If it helps, make it to where you can't use Autoaim without the scope.

-Pistols should have an 8-12 size clip and fast, but weaker bullet. CMT really got this down with their latest release IMO.

-The Sniper is purely a choice weapon, so don't put a lot of originality into how you fix it up: It all depends on most of the other factors and weapons. How many bullets should it take to defeat a spartan? How fast should the weapon fire based on that? How should the clip be?

-The Anti-Vehicle Weapon (namely Rockets or Lasers) needs to be a limited, yet thoroughly useful weapon. I think the Spartan Laser really fulfills the ultimate balance in Anti-Vehicular fighting since its own elements aren't unbalanced in the slightest: It doesn't have explosion damage and it's only used for destroying single (or multiple depending on who's in and where in position of the target) targets.

That's my input. Covenant weapons should focus on being slower, yet essentially more powerful in terms of special effects (like stun and EMP). Fuel Rods should also be used in terms of balance in their own special effects. You can either make it a bludgeon of explosions that decimates targets (like Halo1's) or a tactical launcher that does more to inhibit than destroy, namely giving it more effect strength in shield draining and stun than damaging strength. And don't make the Plasma Pistol the female-dog of the weapons: give it headshots and overcharge and balance it from there.

You can tell by how they hold it. And also by the number of bullets in the hud. And also you just have to fire it once to find out.
