You also don't have as much control over the player movement as you would using a keyboard, mainly while moving diagonally.

Yes you can move diagonally. It can do everything the keyboard can, and you don't need to unplug the controller to type, just set it down and type.

It's a bit harder to aim and hit targets with the control, so for games (online or campaign)

use this cheat

Cheat_magnetism 1

It gives you the reticle magnetism that the xbox has.

TBH i prefer the controller over the keyboard and in SP not multyplayer, you can move forward at a walking speed if you press forward a tiny bit. 3P animations don't support this, so if you walk it will look like he is running fast (almost) in place.

It's not worth it, believe me. I had the wired 360 controller it is tooooo sensitive. I don't even touch it and it moves. I tried all these programs to control the deadzone but no luck.

If you have a PSP, put CFW on it and use that. its a little difficult since it doesnt have dual analog, but it works fine if you use stick for moving forward and back, and turning left and right (and then the pad for strafe, and looking up and down) the triggers for primary and secondary trigger, X for jump, square for melee, circle for reload, triangle for action, etc

I personally use a logitech rumble pad 2. Just plug it in and go.

Find a device with a USB plugin , cut it off. Take your old xbox controller and cut off the huge thing at the end. Soder the wires together , duct-tape the exposed rubber insulation together , tah-dah.

He forgot to tell them they need to download the drivers for the xbox controllers. Here they are.
