I wouldn't get a 9800 if I were you; they're old. You might want to get a 5770, it has DirectX 11, Eyefinity, and all that crap :D

I just got one 2 weeks back, and it's awesome for it's price :)

Holy crap... I got a 4650 a few months ago and it was the same price as that 5770. Damn, I hate price changes. Mine's a great card though, runs everything quite well. Halo's a breeze for any modern card though...

Personally. I have had great experience with EVGA so I would go with one of those. However, I know that Gigabyte is a decent brand as well but I only have experience with their motherboards.

get the gigabyte one. To the second poster, more $ ≠ better. If you believe that, then.....

Search newegg, tigerdirect first before amazon. Also don't be decieved by the 512 meg/ 1 gig thing, there might even be a 256 meg card better than the gig. Look at the clock speed

Yeah I agree, the one Im getting is about $380,made by N.It's better than the 5770... and 5870

But once you go past a certain price range 350's to 400's...you start to lose your dollar for dollar value because your just paying a more $$$ simply because the card is newer. Avoid That!!!
