anyways...

I like the bitmaps, hopefully they're not 5mb lol.
The wheel is ok, just spins too fast.
MB create some physics so that the back half levitates.
IDK though, if its possible to kill others in vehicles by colliding with them in this.

But, otherwise, very nice. Can't wait to drive it.

You cant have physics with 2 properties, warthog+ghost wont work.

FINALLY. Someone is finally doing the Brute chopper. Glad to see it.

For the turning, make the front of it wheels and make the back of it elevated with the floating area another set of "wheels." This will have the driver's seat balanced and still of the desired turning effect in Halo3 if it works right. Basically, just give it warthog physics with those features.

Your fake bumping is bad. To much black lines. Other then that it's pretty good on how the brute chopper works except for those bugs.

Ahm k, whatever lol! i did that fakebump and lol u dont understand the contrast and light basics propertis, cause i have 4 years working with photoshop and lol th black lines add a dark relief effect pretty cool for it...cause u work with bipeds..maybe for biped we need other sistem but for a chopper its k that....cause warthog or ghost use different sistem for my bumps and u know why?

it looks like the light is coming from 1 direction, which isnt good.
does not look good on dynamic objects.

Have you tried making a ~blur permutation for the wheels? Its not terribly difficult if you know how to do regions, try checking the warthogs tires or chain gun for reference.

I agree with that the wheel spins too fast, but about the back half levitating, can't you just expand a part of the collision model to simulate it hovering while in fact it is actually draging?

Oh, and also, those spikes need to be a bit bigger.

The collision model won't do much, it has to be in the physics.

I actually like the fake bump mapping he did on the chopper. Looks better then the Halo 3 one. That's just me though.

One more thing. For the firing, make it fire alternating between the two cannons, not at the same time.

Link the primary trigger node to a node that, during the firing animation, jumps between the two cannons. Lolveex. Lolbourrin.

also make another (invisible wheel or just a block part sticking out of the bottom , in the collision.
That would give the impression of a floating back end.

that's know as self illumination, not fake bumping. you give it a false, and more importantly, static light source, which tends to look terrible on both dynamic and non dynamic objects
