This map is just a jot list of ideas that I have had for a few years, but never gotten the free-time to put together, I will try to make it as gameplay friendly as possible, and it should have an RP varient.

I need ideas on making this map, erg. rooms, sound effects, etc.

Take the .th out of the url's, it's making them super small thumbnails.
Make actually looks pretty cool though, I like the theme you've got going. One thing though, in this picture:

That forerunner texture at the top looks really out of place with the rest of the human textures. I'd change that if I were you.
E: Did you reanimate that shotgun to be left handed?

It's pretty obvious that it's a 3p picture taken with the MC there. Unless he really did animate it again which tbh would be kinda cool.

I too am working on a jail map... and yours looks surprisingly good. Mine's not half as well done as this..... but hey, keep it going, it really looks good. One thing you lack, is a jailor's perspective. Aka different corridors for jailors to walk in, safe from prisoners. I designed mine around that concept... so I have entrance for prisoners and jailors to each room.

I plan to make an outdoor section, maybe even have the entire complex explorable if this works. Made some cool cells.

How many bipeds(for syncing) can I use before the map shows lag online?

EDIT: How do I get doors to STAY in the position I set them to?

Is it possible to remove the biped geometry and still have it usable?
So you could use it for syncing but it wouldnt add to the tri count.

You could mess around in the gbxmodel tag and probably get it to constantly show the lowest LOD all the time, or make your own biped that's just a cube.

i have a map i made in 10 mins right here http://www.filefront.com/17201261/sams-prison.zip/
it has a big compound including shooting range, garage, electrical generator, prison, sniper tower hehe, and finnallly a flood torcher pit (execution pit)

oh and btw prison doors open with melee and glass walls break with explosives

anyways what you do is make a box biped like yoyoarst did for the second yoyo island

and you need a script to make the doors sync and you just make a vehic spawn on the biped using a script from ehs v2...
