I have this Batch Bitmap Extractor, made by FireScythe

http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=2027

It worked fine when I had XP installed. I haven't used it in a while and now I've moved to Windows 7. I tried running it but it comes up with an application error. Even tried running it on XP compatibility mode, no luck. There doesn't seem to be an updated version of it here either. So, I'd be glad if anyone could help me run it in 7 or give me a link to an updated version or an alternative program.

Not the BSP, just the bitmaps. It lets you extract compiled bitmaps into different file formats like TGA, JPG, TIFF, etc.

These? I will use my command line for my mass driver as an example.
tool model vehicles\mass_driver
I'm not super experienced with the structure but here it goes.
tool structure levels\test\sweet_new_map sweet_new_map
I think that should work. (only if your map is in the directory data\levels\test\sweet_new_map\models though)
I believe this is what you asked for, yes?

in gmax ..after you export and save the .jms...you are supposed to go back and open the .jms in wordpad and delete the lines above and including "start jms" and the words after and including "end jms"...
at least that is what i was taught

You should've started a new thread. But anyway, if you want a night time (darkish) terrain with a daytime sky, maybe you should radiosity the bsp with a daytime sky first, save it, then change the sky to a night time one in guerilla (or vice versa). I'm no expert but I remember doing something like that long back.
