i was wondering if it was possible to make a 3rd grenade slot. like at the start of the game instead of having just frag and plasma, like having a 3rd for flash. i dont want it to be a weapon or an item that you hold on to. just another slot u can have for throwing grenades.

Then how did cmt do it? The br has 3rd grenade.

That so called grenade launcher "3rd grenade" replaces the frag and plasma. It overrides the frag and plasma as a secondary trigger.

in CMT Snowgrove it has a (correct me if im wrong) a nuke slot for getting nukes im not very sure as the only reason i use snowgrove is to play=DG= ZOMBIES on halo CE

ok well it was worth a try. i wanted to add a flashbang but not as a item u pick up. like throw it as a grenade whenever u need to. but if i cant i will be stuck with replacing a grenade. maybe i will replace the plasma. they arent my favorite anyways. i would have to go through the globals.globals tag to do that right

You can make it a cycle-able weapon when walked over, automatically you pick it up. You would have to press tab to get to the weapon then click to throw it though (it's like Counter Strike).

thats what i was planning on doing. but i guess its not possible. but you got what ya got i guess. its halo. not something better. the game is like 10 years old. lol

The CMT brg uses the weapon_hud_interface file as the bitmap catalyst for the fake brg grenade panel. It is impossible, take it from me.

thank u slappy. but honestly, i am a noob when it comes to modeling and making maps. ive only published 2 maps. 1 flopped and it was just a mod from a halo 2 map. and the other i just published the other day. its called epic_canyon. i go and download tags i dont know how to make, like the m16 weapon. just go download and play it. u will know what i mean. lol.

Lol, the tag system is really simple to get the hang of. Just play around in guerilla and sapien.

i got that part down. i can do mods very well. its the modeling new weapons or vehicles i cant do. the tutorials dont help me. modeling maps and scenery i can do very well.

Modeling will always be modeling, its just how you model the stuff. Try modeling the weapons and vehicles for practice, if you dont like it, start from scratch or try to improve it!

see i have some good ideas for maps and i know what i want in my maps. hell sitting on my desktop are some models of different maps i have made but never finished. i want to model some weapons and make them look real. if i could take a picture of my lawn and use it as a bitmap for a map or go take a picture and make it a vehicle in a map i would. if i can get someone who knows what they are doing to sit here next to me and teach me and show me i would do better. i just have a hard time learning from videos. i would like to start up a team. but i got stuk with people who stole my ideas and put them into their own maps. lol

that "something different" has always been just a grenade throw up until that BR came.
