I'm am in the middle of modeling courtyard from reach. And i want it to be a firefight. But also an MP. And i don't want two versions because it would make each half as popular as one single map. Is it possible to make AI sync over MP?. If so please help me, it would make the map tons more fun to play when you have team mates.


Français: je suis suis dans le milieu de la cour de modélisation de la portée. Et je veux que ce soit un échange de tirs. Mais aussi un député. Et je ne veux pas deux versions, car cela rendrait chaque moitié aussi populaire comme une seule et même carte. Est-il possible de faire AI synchronisation sur MP?. Si donc s'il vous plaît aidez-moi, cela rendrait la carte tonnes plus de plaisir à jouer quand vous avez coéquipiers.

I know AI wont sync and why. What i was asking you unobservant people was if it was possible to make a script so it will sync. otherwise i have to edit my AI tag(witch i know how to do) So that no mater what you do it will always make the same movement. Predictable, yes. Syncing on MP, possibly. I know i sound stupid. Get over it. At the end we'll see if i can get them to always move the same way

Dude, the thing is this:

Artificial Intelligence will NEVER EVER sync online, even if you try (and obviously fail) using scripts to "make" them sync. It just won't happen on a ten-year-old game engine like Halo. It just won't.

Do you guys edit actor_variants or actors?. Because theres a lot of stuff in there that involves movement behavior . Like Move position radius. Make this 0.001 world units and they move on the same path on every screen. (tested) Though the dodging left to right i have to make it so it'll only dodge one way or something. But i'll get it. I'll get something that'll sync and not be impossible to beat

By the way, unless you can figure out a way to edit the netcode to transfer ai paths between the server and client, AI WILL NEVER, EVER SYNC
