I'm using 3 diferent types of tool.exe on 4 different scenarios and the map is still not appearing in the maps folder... help please

Make sure that you are running it as administrator. Also, why do you have three versions of tool?

Ok ill try it; and i have 3 versions because i thought after the 1st one failed, id try another and so i got 3 after 2 failiures........................................................................................edit:it works, i wonder why i didnt notice that earlier :/ one more question, every time i try to add a actor variant to the scenario in sapien, it says you selected one or more files that couldnt be loaded correctly

All other versions of tool, such as tool++, are just the regular tool with a different interface. Just use regular tool, it will make things much easier for you in the long run.

one more question, every time i try to add a actor variant to the scenario in sapien, it says you selected one or more files that couldnt be loaded correctly just incase u didnt notice in the edit box...

Copy and paste the last part of your debug.txt file that magically appears in your Custom Edition directory. Then we can see what files you are missing.

My guess is that you did not extract all of the tags when you ripped the files.

IIRC you are supposed to rip the AI recursively using HEK+ to get all the files that the .actor_variant references to, not just rip the .actor_variant file.
There is an option in HEK+ to do so automatically, but I can't remember where...

you need to tell sapien to run on only 1 cpu/
set afinity to 0 or 1 i dunno, maybe search seen as thet is probably the most common error, and the solution is simple if you take the time to search for an answer!!!

did you run HEK+ as admin and without desktop composition (you can set that option by right-clicking the .exe for HEK+ and selecting Properties->Compatibility)?
Also, ensure you tried the options for HEK+ i provided.
And, the OP's original question has been answered.

This happens to me all the time and I din't know why

it says "can't read sapienbeta.map" I think that this what I am having in maping
