Just a poor attempt at being creative, combining elements of the last few forum pages as if it is the real thing behind 'C.M.T'.

I haven't been here for a bit and decided to see if there were any updates on this project, me being me I skip to the final pages if they are over the hundreds and all I read was arguments.

Guys, make mods not war.

Wow, it's been a long time since I booted up Halo CE. I never thought I'd see the day where SPV3 actually came out, well done everyone! It's fantastic this project has made it all this way.

On the level Halo, in the first UNSC datapad it says "quit some time" instead of 'quite some time'.

Also the tiling on the floor of the covenant lifepods in PoA are still unmatching. I think someone reported it the last time SPV3 was released?
E: I dunno if it's just me but is the music too loud for the dialogue to be heard?

I got ta play cmt spv3, I played the 1st map it does look and play better but
That music dono why but, I just don't like this music remix sounds way to much like halo Anniversary.

2nd why dose your installer come with halo ce?.

3rd your nova loader dono if you need it, but it doesn't work if your offline.
And It seems to work online tho dono why that is.

4th your UI looks cool but... doesn't work I can't even launch any maps all I get is error. Why did you add this?.

But overall I do like it but that remix music is a mood killer.
Anyway thanks for doing this mod I hope you fix these bugs!.
Anyway thanks for ya time.

ps I moved the maps data files to get your mod working.

I'm pretty sure that I haven't seen planet flood C or E released anywhere, why are you already working on F? The pictures you posted about C were quite promising

About the other planet flood maps. they are finished but they still use the modified cmt tagset. maybe it isn't a good idea to release them, I don't want people to relate my work with sneils1337 mod.

Awesome to hear you got all the bsp work done for quite of a lot of your maps. Halonimator you really need to make a new thread for your Planet Flood series, because this is like page 305 of SPV3 which not only isn't related to your project but most people won't ever notice your work here. I never read anything about your other planet flood maps until you mentioned it in this thread. If you made your own thread I'm sure a lot more people would be interested, you might even get some help you were looking for.

I finished it and enjoyed it thoroughly however I got a few annoyances/bugs to point out about SPV3 so far...

1. The jackal flood forms sound VERY annoying and have no 'distant' SFX meaning as long as its alive, you'll hear the damn thing from a mile away until you hit a new load zone or kill it.

2. The Maw was way too dark considering the power the ship was still running on but I guess this was a thing to cater for the VISR mode.

3. On a rare occasion some flood forms will stand around unresponsive and invincible.

4. One of the doors on Halo (Alpha base I presume?) does not fit in the level geometry and clips though it when opening.

5. This probably couldn't of been avoided but some SFX quality was lacking compared to other new SFX.

6. There were probably a few balancing issues regarding some encounters throughout the game.

7. On The Maw when you kill the two banshees following E419 (probably not the exact trigger) whilst waiting on the platform you can be deleted from the game world (shows death cam pan) and reverted to last checkpoint.

8. Various grammatical errors in various data pads.

9. A few of the lights in the new B40/C40 BSPs are floating in the air (some pretty bad, very noticeable) rather than being attached to the actual BSP models.

10. According to the instructions for the Hawk, you actually cannot descend, at least on my ONE controller you couldn't anyway.

11. Some destroyed flood biomass puss bags do not become a destroyed model but appear as if it wasn't destroyed though losing its collision.

12. Reverting to previous checkpoints occasionally repair damaged vehicles and rarely resurrect destroyed vehicles.

13. When prompted to flip the Hawk an incorrect string is displayed, prompting you to flip a Banshee.

There were a few other bugs but I cannot remember...

6.) Two Betrayals and The Maw had the most frustrating moments for me. The encounter in Two Betrayals where you need to take one of the two Banshees to reach the last generator was not enjoyable. Multiple instances during the "pure darkness" section were just not fun and checkpoints would not trigger at pivotal moments.

9.) As someone who has modded the life out of B40/C40, I can assert that those lights are a total pain due to how they randomly will decide to defy gravity.
