Yes and no it could just fire assault rifle bullets and brute shot rockets
but the difficult part would be a script for flying

Overpowered players make uninteresting campaign levels, as far as I have experienced.

Master Chief was super powerful, but he was swamped by flood at times, so doing it like that could work.

Except that the prototype armour has built-in rocket systems, auto targeters, chain guns and a jet pack all in one in addition to heavy armour and better shields. It'll take a hell lot of flood to take down that monster.. just saying

Maybe the weapons are "locked" until you pick them up. They're visible on your model, but you can't actually use them until you find it somewhere in the level, and even then, you can only have two "unlocked" weapons active at any given time.

I believe she has more explosives than that spartan (Well, I'd be quite amazed if that spartan could carry more explosive than the like 30 rocket launchers, thosand or so C4, what ever those cannon trucks were, and the oil truck) P.S. she doesn't win that fight even with all that firepower. She even can stop time and that does nothing for her against that.

You don't have to weaken the spartan, you just need to have him face better enemies.

it'd be a case of more health but slower speed. it could be balanced. think of all those games that use different classes.

Idk maybe if you had alot of enemies and you would need heavies like hunters, vehicles, fuel rod grunts etc. Also I would probably say some snipers as well. I do agree with some other people said about the fact that yes you are a tank but you would be slow so if you threw in plenty of cover then the enemies might have a chance.

my video was a perfect example of what they should face... you'd need like a thousand of those spartan to take that thing out lol. Think bigger; a covenant fleetship, etc. Giant things that a few hundred rockets shouldn't be able to kill, that you need to get up to the nuke level.

Your using WAY to many sides on the cylinders... and I see a lot of errors on the main cylinder. Tbqh, all I can see are cylinders atm..

But make the enemy AT LEAST have shields comparable to their novel/book couterparts.

Or make it a boss to fight against?

i think something like that would be kinda cool in a single player mission if it acts like a warthog and goes into third person, have that portion of the mission be to only use that and then force you out at a checkpoint. too keep it the whole way through would be overpowered as cheef said first.

ok today i have had school so its difficult to do anything with a bossy miget teacher

You could make two versions. One with the standard scale, and one on scale similar to that of The Prototype.

As for the weapons, I scraped together what information I could find:

T261 "Lucifer" Arm-Mounted Gatling Gun: Right arm. 850-round, six-barreled 20mm Gatling Gun with a large-barreled grenade launcher mounted on top.
LAU-1810/SGM-151: Right shoulder. Triple-barreled guided armor-piercing missile launcher. Two additional missile tubes are attached to the left forearm.
M149 Recoilless Rifle: Left shoulder. 50-round 105mm cannon. 105mm high explosive
rounds with a five-meter blast radius.
Type 18 Magnetic/Bayonet-style Claymore Three per thigh.

I think the Lucifer should be the primary weapon, with its grenade launcher taking the place of the secondary fire ability.

The LAU and the M149 could be combined into a single weapon, with the primary fire being occupied by homing missiles, and charged shots firing the cannon. Type 18 Claymores could be thrown with the grenade button while using this weapon.

Seeing as it WOULD be overpowered, I advise the following scenario:

5 pairs of wraiths
15 banshees
4 phantoms (with backup troops of your choice)
8 Hunters
10 elites with fuel rod cannons
5 plasma rifle elites
5 energy sword elites
10 suicide grunts
10 cannon fodder grunts (needlers?)
5 sniper jackals
5 carbine jackals
Minefield

Use limited ammo, with no pickups (squandering = you're screwed)
Make the shields disabled while you fly
Make limited (maybe 5?) bubble shield uses

Or something like that. I doubt even an overpowered suit could survive unscathed.

Make lock-on projectiles EXTREMELY limited (max 10)

The shields in terms of disabling them while activating the flashlight jetpack script or activation of a portable bubble shield?

thanks for offering to help me and what do you want to help with
the things need help with is the sheild and the jetpack for the jetpack i was thinking have a script that when you press flashlight it changes you to another character but one with flying set
