Is there a way to insert music while editing in sapien, for example when the player goes to a certain spot music will play or make it so music plays throughout the entire level BTW im editing on Hang Em High. Can i also put custom music in like from my library or something too?

You can create a sound tag from a music file with this:
http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=2659
Then you make a sound scenery tag if you want it to only play in a certain area. I currently don't know how, and I was about to ask. Hey, why doesn't somebody come along and kill two birds with one stone?

You can't combine it. It's split up into permutations because the whole thing is too long for one sound tag. There's a way to sequence the permutations to play in order so the song sounds cohesive when it's placed as a sound scenery or background music tag, but I don't know how.

At the top of the sound tag, check "long sound split into permutations". Scroll down and enter "1" as the actual permutation count. In the permutations, you should see "next permutation index". For the first permutation (Example: 001), enter in 1, and 2 for the next permutation. Keep doing that and then for the last permutation (Example you said was 018) enter in -1.

When I edit the tag in Guerilla I cant edit the permutations the menu is faded for that and can't select anything I clicked add and some things came up but not the optins you said to use. And I also changed the class to music as well

Ok how do i convert my song into a .sound because it doesn't let me open it to put into guerilla. Because I used a sound converter to take the .mp3 fille and it turned it into a wave sound, with all the permutations with 001 etc... but i cant open those in guerilla because it says error you need to set your working directory. so what should I do from step 1. and I also got the hacked version :D.

Use .wav or .ogg format.

I compiled it and it says "Wave Sound" but can't open it in guerilla, because it says it wants me to set my working directory.

Did you put it in your Halo CE directory?
Like: C:\\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\tags?
