How can I change the the number of needles needed to supercombine?

You can't its hardcoded into the game.

You could have it shoot more projectiles per shot and make it projectile have identical errors so it would be harder to see

I think I tried that once and the only thing that happened was that the needles looked... like spears and I had to tone down the damage quite a bit as well...

ask CMT, it seems that in SPV2 BETA a supercombine is occurs quicker than normal, like with under half a needler

SPV3 had a prototype rifle that lit people on fire when they took 4 rounds in their flesh. What we did was check the flag that all projectiles have identical error, and fired 2 projectiles per shot. It worked perfect, the only problem being that enemies being on fire at close range isn't fun.

Error is the spread of the projectiles away from the exact center of the reticle. The larger the error, the more spread the weapon has. If all the projectiles have identical error then they all fire in the same direction and in this case at the same time, so it doesn't look like there is more than one projectile.

thats confusing

i changed mine to try and make a needle rifle, and it had 3 needles to combine explode
