everytime i try to install Open sauce it gives me this problem

I think you also need a VCredist2008 installed too

it supports enough as i installed it like 5 times before the error start appearing any advice outside that

run "dxdiag" and see what DirectX version you can use. Even though I install the latest update, I still get up to DirectX 9.0b.
