I can't really explain it but on a50.yelo I'm getting 'dry' textures on models and stuff, as if the game is in safe mode. Like the ODST's aren't shiny or anything. Help please?

(Not really sure, but I think the normal maps are missing.)

Did you enable normal maps? ( I don't know if there is a option to do it, but I assume so)

And can you post a picture of what you mean exactly?

could be graphics card but check to see if normal maps is enabled by going to my documents my games halo ce Open sauce and open os_settings.user with notepad and enable normal maps if its not.

cubemaps mb? can your graphics card support cubemaps in the first place? if not does it support pixel shader 3.0?
