So whats the question you ask,so i was downloading CMT SPV2,Level 1 and the others were fine,but level 2,well i was looking for public beta,all the others were public beta,this one wasn't,where do i find it,its only a beta witch is boring and has less features.The 1 Level was Public beta and the others were pb (public beta),but that one was beta.I need you to tell me where i can get the whole map pack of CMT SPV2 Public Beta,or just tell me what do i do.

spv2 was never finished. the ONLY public beta they released was a10. the others are terribly unfinished.

Don't do that, Dennis put a 1-download at a time for a reason, so the server wouldn't overload.
