Someone just linked me to this article and I thought it was a good read.

One of the main pages That rely got me was Page 3
"We hired people who hated Halo"

They talk about how the teams struggled with "inefficiency and frustration" Because of Different cultures and the size of the teams. & This caused a bottleneck for them. and how they fixed it. and over came the issues.

And "To address this, we introduced a new production process".....


The article is 5 pages. I liked it.

It makes me wish Halo Maps as a community. had some type of a production process like this.

I know it will probably never happen but Figured I'd share with you guys.

Yes "food nipple indeed" but a awsomely good read though.
