Both your BSP's share the same lightmap. This usually happens to me when i do radiosity on an original map. e.g redoing timberland at night.

If you overwritten your old lightmaps in the existing scenario, the ingame map is probably using the levels\test\timberland\timberland.bitmap from bitmaps.map, I would relocate your new lightmaps and try that.

I had something similar happen with a beta of a map I'm not releasing. what caused it for me was tool gave me a weird error when it was fully saved. I redid the beta and it went away. clueless as to what happened to cause that.
