I did a little hunting but Iv never been good with forum hunt and pick so all I want to know if there's a Reach/Custom Edition Anniversary in the works or something based off the CE Reach tags because that would be awesome with a combined Reach and Anniversary campaign and multiplayer done the right way.

can I get more info as to what u plan on doing with it? or is there a post u can refer me to or something because I halo played Anniversary and was OK but I was hoping for more.

BTW I did a search for the halo reach perfections but turned up nothing.

ATM there's no anniversary ports as there's no program that can rip models/textures from it. However, reach can be ripped but nobody has put enough effort to fully port them, including shaders that look close enough to the retail game. (which requires OS or a lot of space wasting tricks).

Also, general rule of thumb, killer has no concept of the English language and never finishes anything...ever.

I hope you realize that I was completely unable to understand any of that jumbled text.

if somebody asked you to stop working on a project, I'm pretty sure that the proper response is to tell them to off themselves (you, however, are an exception because you have a terrible work ethic)

@OP, if you feel like taking on a reach tagset port, give me a pm and ill walk you through the process

well i will consider cmt spv3 as a custom edition anniversary it haves a descent graphical update armor abilities, visor mode, ex...

I don't know anything about cmt spv3 however I do know that Halo CEA should've had the following
reach HUD(no armor abilities maybe sprint and/or evade)
reach assassinations
reach weapons and vehicles
reach vehicle dynamics(hijacking,EMP,damage,etc)
reach multiplayer with "all" CE maps plus CEA Mk V armor

supposedly killzone is making a hemorrhage port after he finishes his saucy reach tags. from what i've seen, his shaders look pretty good, but i wish he'd use a tad more specularity. still i have faith in killzone.

ATM, no. I believe H3Freak was working on a Reach HUD but IDK what happened to it. And I don't think anyone has worked on Anniversary's model.

Well actually yes, but it was supposed to be a secret. (I think.)
Anyway, I need someone to optimize the model before I can get my hands dirty and start rigging it.

It's being worked on spartan but nothing is ready to be shown, but something related to this is in the works me and others.

Well, yeah. Skulls and terminals were added.

If you ignored those things, it should play like the original, except with nicer graphics.

that's the problem I have with CEA I was hoping for more reach based game play in it

on a side note is there a H3 HUD that works on Halo 2 Vista

Armor Abilities would've ruined H1 IMO. I remember going into the Library with this feeling of dread, like "man, all I've got is this gun". Jetpacking or Armor Locking past the Flood would've ruined the challenge.

The only Armor Ability that I wanted to see in CEA was Sprint anyways. but all the weapons, enemy's, vehicles, and other game play elements like backpack weapons, HUD, EMP, First-person legs etc. would make feel like it happened right after Reach

BTW is anyone working on FP legs?
