It seams like they're going for a very lore friendly story, so I'd assume there wouldn't be any Brutes with the storm covenant. At this point in time Brutes and Elites still want each other's blood.

Hey K11la i absolutely love the campaign but the way most of the character's lines get delivered like sergeants Simon's, that needs to change in order to feel like you are in a warzone, i would like to take care of that, if you do accept my help PM me, i'll be getting JLX2 even greater by then.

What I said about being a soldier was directed towards the blue spartan. One thing with voice acting is consistency so I will not be looking for people over the internet to voice act. There was no excuse for sergeant Simons lines other than the deadline. We knew it was an issue for awhile, however things like visuals and gameplay HAD to come first before someone's lines. By the time everything else was done I was days past the deadline and I should be thankful dratt still aired the mod.

Remember, it was pretty much me and only me who brought this idea to a reality. Be it story writing, designing levels, making entire tag sets, etc. It will be fixed, we are investing money into time in a recording studio for the final product. Right now you have to bear with me for the issues I couldn't get too in time.

I like this map but you guys stole 343i credits because they are the one who made those weapons. Not you.


But they did give credit to 343i and them. :l Look at the first post.

well yes maybe, but still it does feel anti-climactic, also he didn't sound even disregarding the battle, he was just like a frickin hillbilly sitting in a chair lol, but as K11la explained, he was overdue and lucky that matt still aired it, i mean its not like its some useless stuff unsubmited by kirby.

For the hunters can you guys keep the shooting like in Halo one where they shot a fuel rod and not some steady beam of plasma? I was never a fan of the beam. It was one of the things that just actually really bothered me, almost to the point of hate every time I see it. I just don't like looking at, how it looks, and how it plays in general. The beam to me seem to ruin gameplay, not because of difficulty.

Sorry guys, I haven't really been around but yes, I would like to have a release before Halo 5 is released. There is also a lot going on with Open Sauce which I am waiting on, as well as a lot of news in the Halo canon, which may make me have to alter the story line a bit.

Late comer, but definitely enjoyed what I've seen so far. The general premise of the story looks promising and the basic feel of gameplay stands well.

I love seeing more sideline action; things like Phantoms flying to other destinations, just to convey the feel of a larger force and goal at play (more than just when and where the player is concentrating), skirmishes on the side that have evidently been ongoing (not triggered to commence as the player gets near), and other things of the sort.

However, one major critique I have lies with your dialogue; your radio chatter is, well, cliche. It's understandable but unfortunate; Military Radio Comms 101 isn't exactly a required course in HS/College. As someone familiar with military aviation radio comms, I could provide feedback for planned dialogue to make it more closely parallel existing protocols and conventions (assuming, of course, such protocol and conventions remain in place 5 centuries in the future, which I believe they do, albeit with some modifications).

That said, my familiarity with ground comms is more limited, though I still believe the existing dialogue is cliche. Things like "Repeat, I'm doing blah" are overdone (and to be honest, outdated; "I say again" is now the correct verbiage).

Of course, this might feel like small potatoes compared to gameplay and plot, and you'd be correct. But those small details are so easily overlooked, even by Bungie and certainly by 343i (and most of Hollywood, while we're at it). It doesn't take much effort to touch base with someone in the know about radio protocols, or engagements, or whatever you're looking to recreate and produce something that feels worlds closer to an authentic, full-in military campaign.

Just my two cents. 9/10, would play.
