aLTis was trying to figure it out what's causing this problem and he told me you need to scale the bones and node up to 100 however I did that and export the animation and still showing up weird in the game.

It's not about how many bones you have, it's how you use them.

What did you export the model and animations with?

I use cad_animationExporter_compact and I exported them as .JMS

Did you get any errors or warnings when exporting the model?

It really appears that your model was not skinned properly. If that's not it than the animation is corrupted though in max it will appear to look fine. It's been so long I don't remember what the exact cause is though.

3dsmax only supports a bone effect limit of 2. If a vertex is affected by more than 2 bones it may or may not cause this. I don't know. Also run 3dsmax as administrator, this fixed a lot of rigging (the stretching you have) issues for me. Not sure why.

No it doesn't. You must mean Halo instead of 3ds Max.

Halo ce Only supports 2 weights per bone so that's most likely your problem set your limit to 2 no more than that.
