My work will be posted here, keep in mind I can only develop custom AI in the game from ground to bottom.

So far thornbeast is still in the development but I am also planning to add more species in the game.

From my view I think the rabbit AI wont be long because it wont have bunch of animations like attacking or sounds, however with the thornbeast may be little longer because the thing is damn huge and its not one man job. But it will get there.

The basic principle is that if something is not working, make sure that it is properly referenced in the essential tags: globals.globals and your .scenario tag or .scenario_structure_bsp tag. Then, if it is referenced properly by being somehow linked to those tags, but it does not get added to your .map file (check with Eschaton and swap it back into place if necessary), then try compiling the map while loc.map is outside of the Maps folder.

I think you're confusing AI tagging with animation creation.

AI tagging is really simple and I doubt it would take even you years to learn.
Animation creation is not as simple and is the main reason that new characters are hardly made. Not to mention the rigging :x

effects and decals as well, which is how I made the footstep marks for my bipeds.

Also, I have a chicken feathers texture from a farm, which is part of my "Sparky's Bitmaps and Sounds Collection" which I never really released here. Here are some related textures. After the pictures were taken with a camera, I tiled them with Seamless Texture Generator Pro. I am not the only person who took photos while out in farmland, but these were all taken with the same camera.




And the source images that you can use if you want. These are in .jpg format, but I used RAW images for my tag collection.













I'll probably put up the "Sparky's Bitmaps and Sounds Collection" tags on the INCY in a moment. If anyone wants source images depicting a specific material, I probably have some.

The front limbs are too long and the back limbs are too thin. There's no muscle thickness in the hindlegs for any jumping around.

Consider this as reference.

You export .jms to collision-geometry in a "physics" subfolder after you rig it with all the bones and stuff and have your finished model with all its nodes and markers.
