So, I have been trying for the past five months to use one map, any map besides the tutorial map in sapien. I finally narrowed the errors on one .scenario file to only three files. It says I need to get these files, but I already have them and have fixed them (as far as I know) using Guerrilla. Here is what my Debug Text looks like:

04.08.17 01:37:11 sapien pc 01.00.00.0609 ----------------------------------------------
04.08.17 01:37:11 reference function: _write_to_error_file
04.08.17 01:37:11 reference address: 401b13
04.08.17 01:37:11 Couldn't read map file './sapienbeta.map'
04.08.17 01:37:11 CreateDevice succeeded with refresh rate = 0
04.08.17 01:37:11 Sound card doesn't meet minimum hardware requirements. Disabling hardware option.
04.08.17 01:37:12 Increasing sound decompression buffer size to 1048576 bytes
04.08.17 01:37:12 file_open('tags\levels\test\gulch\gulch.sky') error 0x00000003 'The system cannot find the path specified. '
04.08.17 01:37:12 couldn't open sky tag 'gulch.sky'.
04.08.17 01:37:28 file_open('tags\levels\test\gulch\detail_objects\grass_small\grass_small.detail_object_collection') error 0x00000003 'The system cannot find the path specified. '
04.08.17 01:37:28 couldn't open detail_object_collection tag 'grass_small.detail_object_collection'.
04.08.17 01:37:28 file_open('tags\levels\test\gulch\detail_objects\grass_field\grass_field.detail_object_collection') error 0x00000003 'The system cannot find the path specified. '
04.08.17 01:37:28 couldn't open detail_object_collection tag 'grass_field.detail_object_collection'.
04.08.17 01:37:28 failed to load scenario tag 'levels\test\bloodgulch\theghost'sbloodgulch'
04.08.17 01:37:28 need to get the following tags:
04.08.17 01:37:28 levels\test\gulch\gulch.sky
04.08.17 01:37:28 levels\test\gulch\detail_objects\grass_small\grass_small.detail_object_collection
04.08.17 01:37:28 levels\test\gulch\detail_objects\grass_field\grass_field.detail_object_collection
04.08.17 01:37:28
04.08.17 01:37:28 game_load() failed.

Please help!!!

levels\test\gulch\gulch.sky
levels\test\gulch\detail_objects\grass_small\grass_small.detail_object_collection
levels\test\gulch\detail_objects\grass_field\grass_field.detail_object_collectio

LoL 5 months.

Anyway those are the three tags which tool is referencing because they don't exist anymore. (Either because they have been deleted, moved or renamed)

The first error for the sky is so easy to fix even altis could do it. Just open your scenario in guerilla browse for the "sky" dialogue and re-reference the sky in the browse section.

The other two errors should also be a piece of cake to fix all you have to do track them down. But take it one step at a time.

okay, so I went in to guerrilla and replaced the files from my .scenario files from the ones in my download files, and it still gives me the same thing. :/

New: I have also tried deleting everything there and downloading all files in that scenario folder again. Still the same issues.

Could you provide a link to what you are downloading?

I Use these bloodgulch .scenario files because whenever I try to use HEK plus it screws up way too many of my tags. http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1146

I took these and just put them in the /levels/test/bloodgulch/

That's a little extreme for such a trivial problem don't you think?

When using the hek+ try to avoid extracting and overwriting any of the pre-installed vehicles. Most notably the scorpion tags as the animations which are ripped for some reason are more often than not corrupted.

Open the bloodgulch .map and extract everything except the vehicles folder:

If ever you find that you want to start over with a clean tagset or perhaps you screwed something up which you shouldn't have you can find a vanilla back up here
