How do I get the same quality?

I suggest setting explicit alpha or interpolated alpha in the bitmap tag, save and recompile.

The source file for that texture simply has green there in the RGB channels. It's transparent in-game because the Alpha Channel hides the background

I could help with a tutorial is that I want to make some textures with good quality please!

Each setting allows for a higher amount of quality than the previous.

(Compressed with colour key transparency being the lowest quality available)

Simple compile your bitmap in tool, open the bitmap tag in guerilla, change the quality setting, save, recompile and you should have a higher quality bitmap than standard.
