Looks like a bunch of ripped tags thrown together on a chopped up and texture swapped b30e bsp.

Not very impressive. Aesthetically, this is a mess. Throwing a bad normal map onto the bigass falcon doesn't suddenly make it look better, as with any other tag.

It would be nicer if you constructed a decent MP project in the aftermath of b30e by only using b30e assets, in order to preserve consistency. All these other Altis rips thrown into the mish-mash of evolved tags makes this look just awful, in my opinion.

What is your problem? Are you annoyed that tags have been taken from other maps? HEK + exists for a reason. And if one does not want to use its time to create its tagset, but just to create a simple map, this does not mean it's ugly, just because the tags are not its own. Jesus you guys are so annoying. TSCE V2 looks gorgeus.
