Hey all, I've just read the latest 343 update and they've added the following to the "currently-being-worked-on" list for Halo CE Anniversary!
-Mod support
-MP deterministic model on PC.
That deterministic model sounds a lot like the deterministic model they updated Halo Reach with so AI syncs in it's multiplayer...

Well, I mean. Co-op online single player AI's got to sync somehow.

After all these years you’ll finally be able to play The Floods maps with your mates.

There are those who said this day would never come. What are they to say now?

They all died of old age.
It's a great news, but it's not much to revitalize the modding community, sadly. Beyond any port online, I feel like that kept this place so nice for so long is the ability to make maps way beyond the scope of the original creators, using their very own tools. Forge doesn't really cut that for me in newer iterations and even the Steam version won't change that, it seems.

Co-op is running on a lockstep netcode.
