Not yet, but im planning to when I can, also, skidrow/enigma, these might interest you http://files.filefront.com/tagsrar/;13736881;/fileinfo.html
Apparently thats a working SP tag set, but at 500mb I'm betting there's a tone of other tags in there with them, could be messy.
EDIT - Actually its 300mb for the original HEK tags i think, and 200mb for campaign tags sounds reasonable, (i'm assuming that download has the original tags and SP ones) if everything else is failing id say give it a go, backup your tags etc or compile the ones you want to keep in a map so you can rip them again later.

Well, the triggers/cut-scenes are faulty at the start of all the levels Ive compiled, on a30 for example there is no cut scene, and there are no AI in the map, but i think that's just because they haven't been triggered by the start of the level. I first thought to make the maps work the AI had to be deleted, but I think its actually got something to do with the triggers/script/cut scenes at the start of each level.
Unless a more complete campaign tag set comes along I'm just going to rebuild the mission starts from Corvett's tags. Actually has anyone done this already? or if I'm wrong, know what it is that actually has to be done, the AI seems to load on Silent Cartographer, but the pelicans crash into the water before you can get out. . .so it seems like its just the start up routines on each of the maps that's the problem.
That seems to have done it, thanks Nametaker, and Corvette, and TheGhost, strange that the maps didn't work straight from the PC.map rips, but it all seems good now. Just have to get all my old tags working alongside these new ones.

If you run into any errors like exception violation, ask a friend for his tags folder (thats the ONLY thing that worked for me.) dont even begin to ask me.
EDIT - Nevermind, things started working after I installed all of TheGhosts tag set, before I just had a30 and a50,

What do these tags actually do? I'm having a smaller problem with SP, but that's in another thread, just wondering if there's something you have to do to the SP tags after they've been extracted, or are TheGhosts tags already modified to go?
Yeah everything has been extracted recursively. Does HEK+ rip tags from PC that can then be used in CE? There doesn't seem to be any problems with missing tags, but i noticed when I extracted the PC beavercreek way back, it could open in sapien and compile in tool, but I had to fix a missing sky, fix up some sounds and put all the scenery back in,
I had a far-fetched idea that installing a UI with the singleplayer enabled might help, but I cant see that working, or see any connection to my problem, but im out of ideas. Is there a download of working tags for the SP maps anywhere? or ill assume other people dont get this issue when ripping from PC.
Having a problem with an attempted mod of some/any original campaign levels, at the moment I cant even get started, as of course the SP files have a few differences to multilayer .scenarios.
Ive recursively extracted all the campaign maps from the Halo PC directory into their proper CE tag folders, however when I try to open any of the maps in Sapien it loads and closes before fully loaded, giving the following debug.

Ive found a few other people with similar problems, but haven't found a solution, or any tutorials on how to get a campaign mod set up. Ive also tried using downloaded versions of the SP maps in case there was a conflict with PC/CE map file types, as they are slightly different, I believe. I also noticed some SP tags by TheGhost, and tried using them, but that didnt solve it. Re-installed HEK for clean tags, at the moment my tags directory only contains the original HEK tags and the ones extracted from the SP maps, with no files being overwritten.
I'm also unsure of whether the ACCESS_VIOLATION refers to the files being accessed by another program (which shouldn't be a problem as Ive tried with only Sapien running), or an issue with access permissions placed on the original SP maps.
The maps also give a similar error when recompiled in tool, with the build-cache-file command used for MP maps, I tried just to see if it would work, as then i could make some changes in Gurilla, which can open the .scenario's.
Any help would be appreciated, Ive got some decent experience in MP maps, but I'm new to SP, and I haven't found any tutorials on modding the campaign.
