I remember running into this a LONG time ago. Try messing with your graphics card settings, that's what did it for me.

Ah for some reason I kept thinking it could've been something to do with my bitmaps.map or something rather.
Any hints to what section it could be? I've got an NVIDIA card.

E: God googling through old threads have me nostalgic seeing old names :')

E2: Fixed it by turning anti-aliasing off in F7 OpenSauce settings
