I hear Jesse plans to fine tune his animating skills and possibly become CMT's latest slave.

DSalimander talks about wanting to port a few various things and also maybe just do stuff on his own. Word is he has a fetish for paintball maps and death race style maps (and the usual H2 MP port). OS is still the religion of Satanists to him.

If any more H3 maps were to be done, these would be the easiest to do first:
Valhalla (Easiest; still a BG mod though)
Narrows (Recycle H3MT's)
The Pit (Penguin probably won't share his work)

Although, through a poll taken in Halo, people seem to want:
Gaurdian (No work done whatsoever [yet])

The bottleneck of porting/converting Halo 3 maps to CE is and always has been the BSP. Until we can have easilly obtainable H3 BSPs... consider Halo 3 a closed book. Foundry will remain the best and final attempt at recreating Halo 3 in CE. All the effort that went into this project not specifically for the level itself, but the tags themselves, will remain only usable in Foundry. Unless H3 BSP extraction is public.

PROBLEM: So i set my script to start a waypoint when i kill the encounter "boss_2" BUT the waypoint starts at the begenning of the map when i enter the first trigger which has nothing to do with encounter "boss_2" help please.

You need OS to compile the animations, I think extracting them should be ok without OS.

Is there a way to turn those off? they make everything look outdated and ugly when they die. i think dsalimander and jesse did it on h3 foundry. but how do you do it? is it biped related?


and how do i open effects in sapien?

Just ripped the whole map to a fresh tags folder and Sapien gives me this when I try to open the scenario to Forge it:

So i know its a tool command. but i dont know it. and i know that u have to change the sky to something darker. but i need to know what the tool command is... or if there is anything that i am missing.

i did download the current map thus why i said "tried EVERY version of the map" i swear it workerd the first day i played it then you changed the server to third revision and then i couldnt play


"could not join this server. there may be connection issues." doesnt happen with nay other server either


Why csan't i join the friggin server!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is like the only decent map on h maps..
