Cool but, like I said I have no experience in where scripts go, let alone are related with things like tags.

The simple premise I'm attempting is just to have an overshield overlay when one is picked up.

I'll TRY to figure it out.
Looking at the script, where does it reference the overlay of the shader?

Turns out I found a working set, thanks for the help.

Last question though, how do you get weapons to NOT despawn on multiplayer maps?
Mine tend to despawn on the initial startup after some time

I was testing out the ZTeam Tag Pack since I was curious at how good some of these were. (Like in H3 Foundry)
I was curious and just wanted to test them on some dummy ai on tutorial etc.
But I seem to be unable to pickup certain weapons, and I've tried item_collection but some of them flat out don't spawn.

While I certainly have no experience with it, I'm sure it has to do with the weapon tags themselves.
