It would actually be a beter tutorial if i had a microphone. Plus the tutorial only took me like 2-3 hours to make i think. The only part i hope you guys dont ever look at is the part with the beam emiter circle thingy. o and if you guys want to see the end result heres the 3ds model and pics. ---3d model---- http://files.filefront.com/Base01max/;12094060;/fileinfo.html   O yes and for all you complainers out there. Please i would like you to make a beter tutorial or atleast do something great for the halo community. I mean if its slow modeling to you guys then i dont really care because its the way i model so if you dont like it deal with it or go with the huge mob of halo ce frantics that want a modeling tutorial from massacre. I just wanted to help the community and it seemed like i only helped a handful of people who understand. But yes higuy i guess i could have put a title like "making a valhalla like base" instead of creating a ground base. My next tutorial maybe a cliff base modeling tutorial. sigh...Just watch the video instead of watching the first 5 seconds of it! let me go over. First video goes over modeling the base part of the structure. Second video goes over the huge decor beam emiter. The third video goes over ramps and interiors really fast and basic.

Hi guys! This video is made to show the process of how a base similar to valhalla's base is made. There are 3 diffrent videos that show how to model diffrent parts of the base. I didn't want to go too extreme with details and fixing small errors cause i didnt want the videos to be so big in file size. The part that i didn't focus on the most are the interiors of the base. The reason for this is because of lack of time and i will probably post a more in-depth tutorial on modeling interiors in the future. I believe zteam creates there own programs to rip lightmaps, and all of that other stuff. I believe that partially custom. Otherwise the cod4 team just used downloaded programs to rip the maps, and they did nothing custom.
