Which hek+ is it? I got Halo_Editing_Kit_Plus_12-17-06' but I don't know how to extract anything with it. When I click the .exe, it tells me to make a package. How do I use it?

Every time I try to build the map by using tool, tool++ or HEKter, it doesnt work. Hi, I'm new to making maps. When I try to open sapien I got loads of window, then it just shuts down. I tried it with tool++ and the same happened. Any ideas why |
