i tried re-downloading several times and from different sites, and no i dont have the framework thing, do i need it?

I download the setup and when i click on the setup to install, i get this error : http://i36.tinypic.com/29njj1y.jpg I run vista, i tried running in xp server pack mode or w/e help please, i want to play. |
