How would i come to fix this,the maps loads up im in sapien and it working for a couple minutes than i get the exception for this not a valid shader stuff.

Hey guys so im trying to open A50 and you know how it only opens the base of the map like the first part. Well i want to gain access to the second part where your on the inside of the Covenant cruiser how do i do that?


Sorry i cant extract CMTV2 i have know clue how to do protected tags.

The prawn head model was constructed from the grunt head model.
This isn't confirmed yet but its obvious you can tell, i can grab a grunt picture and a prawn head picture and you will find alot of similarities in shape and the way its built.


As i stated i am a new comer to mapping i only have the basics of AI and Vehicles plus adding custom stuff thats why i require help.

Tmrocks1995 here and i have always admired the Halo 2 E3 Demo from 2003

I found a map by Caz that replicates the exact same one seen in this E3 Demonstration.
Most people asked why this level never made it into the game,well Bungie thought that it didn't look as good as it should have and they got rid of it and saved some assets such as voice clips and models which are seen throughout outskirts and Metropolis.

Now onto the main stuff,
Many players of Halo have always wanted to play this map and i intend to make it so that there wish can come true.

Im looking for designers who are good to work with and have the proper skill while as me being a noob i will direct everything and do some partial design such as adding in tags and vehicles and i will also rip the audio from the trailer to add into the game.
This is a volunteer Team we need as many people who are willing to work as possible.
We already have the map and tags i mainly need people who can do the cut scenes and script.
Basically really experienced Halo mappers/modders.

Hope some of you will want to help out and make this map come true!

Im a n00b and have not used guerrilla once how would i uhh replace the existing vehicles and tags and what not.

Try reinstalling by downloading the full HEK.
Run it as an administrator and make sure you have the windows classic theme enabled.
Sapien has problems running with themes activated on both XP and Vista.
If that doesn't work well than im sorry i have no clue what to say.

Hey guys im a n00b on the forums,
Anyways i usually keep to my self and don't go joining forums but right now im in a time of need.
I have been working with sapien for the past week and i figured out how to use the hek to decompile maps to get their tags and scenario data i was editing death island and adding in some custom vehicles ripped from extinction and downflow they showed up in Sapien perfectly but when i compiled the map with tool and launched it in Halo Custom Edition they did not show at all.
I have been trying to fix this for the past day by tinkering with the properties and stuff but i have failed each time at attempting to get them to show.

Please help me!
