I'm so very sorry Halo Noob Modder117 that you have been treated so inadequately here on the forums. Sadly, this is how it is here and i'm afraid there is nothing we can be done about it. If you have any more issues please don't hesitate to make a thread. Dispite evidence to the contrary there are actually really helpful and very pleasant people in this community and on this website. The squabbles that take place here have to be ignored if they are nothing more then troll posts. There are civil discussions albeit rare. I hope this encounter with a couple of the members of this community doesn't lead you to belive that we are all like that.

Pink and cyan areas are the main blocks where the players would be playing.

Yellow, lightblue, red, blue, and orange blocks are the areas that are partially explorable, but you won't be able to pass through them. These are the outer areas of the playable map.

The orange sectors are not finished yet, and actually I need to come up with ideas for what to place there.

Yellow sector will be a small train yard, yet to be complete.

light green is the river area, which will be accessible from various points in the map.

darker green (the small area on the middle-right) will be a smaller park with the design layout based on COD4's Shipment, along with containers of course.

Unreal has a FPS template already made for you with basic movement, firing and controls as well as a TPS, TDS and Vehicle templates. Content looks much better in Unity because it has less control and features. In Unreal, It has something called Blueprints which can give you very pricise control over your textures and materials. Unity doesn't have that by default, you have to buy a 3rd party one off the Marketplace. Not saying Unity sucks, just not quite on the level of Unreal.

This is just the default setup, but the program works pretty intuitively, and the sidebar makes managing your tags pretty easy. Plus, being able to zip up all your files across directories makes figuring out your dependancies so much easier <3
