Hi.Nice tut...but theres another thing i want to know: how can i integrate half lambert into open sauce..imean i already have the shader hlsl code.now if ull look in the open sauce properties there toglleable normal mapping and specular highlights.how can i do the same with my half lambert? iwant to put it in open sauce and toglle it on so it will work on all models without modifying every shader one by one..if someone knows please let me know..cause half lambert was used in Halo3 and this game looked good.

as for the cryengine comment: yea its nothing for it.but anyways crytek modeled nomad with only 980 polys yea really.

leave ihalo alone. heres myne update its not done yet but its cool

for the rocks ill maybe rip some textures outa crysis =)

currently its 894 polys

nope idont like it its very low poly and the textures bad =( ill make one myself.how can iget the halo3 ground textures?


yea dude =) thanks but i already ripped the weapons from sandtrap.im improving the shaders now =) but anyways ill make ghammer and spiker myself

hello people.i worikng on valhalla map from halo3.itll look like it all same and will use exactly the same weapons . as avery big part of those weapon is already done ill rip them and put in myne map.as for the gravity hammer and spiker.ill make them myself.also ill edit the shader to match the maximum to halo 3 heres the valhalla base:

as u can see i not worked on it very hard xD

if the base looking not very detailed the reason is that i not wanted it to be detailed.

dont worry the weapons will be asmuch detailed as they can be

ah and if some body can rip the same ground textures from halo3 as vallhalla.imean grass.cliffs.snow ill thank u.and post that u gave me the textures =) plz

sorry for my englis im from another country and didnt entere forum for very long time xD

and also u have veeery big glithces on the weapons its not good.yea i liked the rocket louncher too.its the same as warheads good work.but the others sucks

ucan think that u better but when i completing things and working hard on them lets say taking 1 day for a weapon it looking thousands better than yours

the btr is a 1.5 year old -_- and the chopper i started it today its not even finished

no dude hes models better than mine battle rifle iknow.mine btr modelled 1.5 years ago and inot tryed to make it awsome.istarted the chopper today and worked on it 2 hours.the t-rex is not completed to but its better that his guns

perhaps he will model a creature and we will compare -_-

iknow this better than u -_- and yea imeant that even if ull model agood weapon it wont be special

something special is: dinosaur,creature,mutant,monster,animal,character,

lets say the spartans, all the members off that community riped them from halo3 and they did this for the weapons too.maybe they modeled a barret .50 cal woooow .....it isnt special and its even not detailed well -_-
